Privacy Policy
Raydius helps you discover, plan, and book real-life experiences. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.

| Date of birth | To confirm you meet our minimum age of 17. |

| Bookings and purchase history | To manage holds, payments, refunds, and your Pass. |
| Product interaction | To understand which features are used and improve them. |

What we do not collect
- We do not collect precise or coarse device location. You choose your city inside the app.
- We do not access your contacts.
- We do not collect health or fitness data.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Encrypted messages
Direct messages between friends are end-to-end encrypted on your device. Raydius cannot read the contents of those messages. Your identity key is wrapped client-side with a passphrase you control, so if you lose that passphrase we cannot recover the message history.
Conversations with a venue or with concierge are not end-to-end encrypted, because staff at that venue need to read them to serve your booking.
Who we share data with
- Venues and partners — booking details only, such as your name, party size, timing, and any note you send them.
- Service providers — Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), Expo (push notifications), and Sentry (crash reporting). They process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal — where we are required by law to disclose.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to stored data is restricted by row-level security so that your bookings, plans, wallet, and conversations are readable only by you and the parties involved.
Your rights
- Access and correct your profile from Profile → Settings.
- Export or request a copy of your data by emailing us.
- Delete your account and associated data at any time.
- Turn off push notifications in your device settings.
Delete your account
You can delete your Raydius account and its data in two ways:
- In the app — Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, bookings, plans, wallet records, stories, and messages you own.
- By email — write to support@raydius.app with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion.
Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them, such as transaction records for tax and accounting.
Children
Raydius is not directed to anyone under 17, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app.
