Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Raydius app and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Raydius
You must be at least 17 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.
What Raydius is
Raydius is a discovery and booking platform. Venues, studios, galleries, and other hosts list their own experiences, set their own availability, and set their own prices and policies. Raydius is not the provider of those experiences. Your booking creates an agreement between you and the host.
Bookings, holds, and payments
- A hold reserves inventory for a limited time. If it is not confirmed before it expires, it is released automatically.
- Deposits, full payments, memberships, and refunds are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Cancellation windows, deposits, and no-show policies are set by the host and shown before you confirm.
- Refunds follow the host’s policy. Where a host cancels, we will work with them to return what you paid.
Memberships and Pass
Membership tiers renew on the interval shown at purchase until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period already served. Benefits may change over time, and we will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions, stories, and messages you post. You grant Raydius a licence to host and display that content so the product can function — for example, showing your story to the people you shared it with. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger other people.
- Do not post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Do not make bookings you do not intend to honour, or resell access.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Reporting and moderation
You can report content or a user from inside the app, or email support@raydius.app. We review reports and act on those that violate these terms.
Availability
We work to keep Raydius available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Cities, venues, and features roll out in phases and may change.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Raydius is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of hosts or other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed. We may suspend or end an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you in the app before it takes effect.
